Despite challenging market conditions, CSFS successfully completed the Linhai Infrastructure corporate bond issue as the sole lead underwriter. The RMB 1 billion 7-year bond offering was priced tightly compared to similar transactions during the same period.  The successful offering demonstrated CSFS’s extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the domestic Chinese debt capital markets.
